After emerging victorious in the first ASP event of the season at Agnes Water in Queensland, Chelsea Williams was a comfortable winner at the Noose Heads Festival of Surfing 2009, the essential meeting for the world's best longboarders and the third leg of this year's WQL tour. As if to prove her dominance, the young lady also posted the best score of the whole event. With her compact frame and great dexterity, Chelsea Williams has an effi cient surfi ng style and performs her moves with incredible speed.
